     One of the most important factors in choosing a filler treatment is understanding how it works. Over time, our skin begins to lose naturally occurring components such as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid (HA), leaving skin more prone to develop etched-in lines and wrinkles.

Filler is a hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable filler that completely integrates into the skin tissue. While some fillers are designed to rebuild facial volume and structure, filler specifically treats moderate-to-severe etched-in lines and wrinkles such as vertical lip lines above and around the lips.

    สารเติมเต็ม เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มีคุณสมบัติในการอุ้มน้ำไว้รอบๆตัว เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปก็ยังมีความสามารถในการดึงน้ำเข้า จึงเสมือนว่า มีโมเลกุลของสารเติมเต็มอยู่หลายโมเลกุล ( Isovolemie Degradation) ทำให้อยู่ในร่างกายได้นาน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีคุณสมบัติในการยกผิวได้ดี(Lifting Capaeity) จึงใช้ปริมาณเจลเพียงเล็กน้อยก็สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้

ข้อควรระวังในการฉีด Filler

1. ห้ามฉีดร่วมกับFiller ชนิดอื่น (เว้นอย่างน้อย6เดือน)

2. การทำLaser ชนิด Ablative

3. การลอกหน้าแบบลึกด้วยสารเคมี (เว้นอย่างน้อย6เดือน)

4. ผู้ที่รับประมานยาแก้สิว Roaccutane, Acnotin (เว้นอย่างน้อย 6เดือน)

5. ผู้ที่มีอาการแพ้รุนแรง

6. ผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางจิต

ข้อควรปฏิบัติหลังการฉีดFiller

1. สามารถใช้ผ้าเย็นประคบบริเวณที่ฉีดได้

2 บริเวณที่รักษา สามารถใช้นิ้วที่สะอาดนวดเบาๆได้

3. หลีกเลี่ยงสารที่มีส่วนผสมของAHA,BHA และ Retinoid

4. หลีกเลี่ยงการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ 2 วัน หลังการฉีด

5. หลีกเลี่ยงการออกกำลังกายหนักๆ หรือสัมผัสความร้อนจัด เช่น ซาวน่า ฮอตสปา 2วัน หลังการฉีด

6. หลีกเลี่ยงการรับประทานยาที่ทำให้เลือดออกง่าย เช่น แอสไพริน

7. ควรดื่มน้ำมากๆ

8. ห้ามทำการ Wax หน้า ลอกหน้าโดยใช้ AHA การใช้น้ำแข็งแห้ง และการทำLaser ทุกชนิดในช่วง 10-14 วัน

9. หลีกเลี่ยงการนวดหน้า การทำ Microdermabrasion ในช่วง 10-14 วัน

10. หลีกเลี่ยงการสูบบุหรี่ การดูดน้ำจากหลอดดูด การจูบ เมื่อฉีดที่ริมฝีปาก 2 วัน หลังการฉีด

11. หลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดดจ้า

12. หากมีอาการบวมแดง อยู่นาน โปรดปรึกษาแพทย์
